1.1 To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products on shop.diramix.com you must be of legal age; you will have to fill in all the mandatory fields of the order form available in electronic format and send it to the Seller, electronically, following the instructions.

1.2 The order form contains a summary of the information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered, the price as well as information on the means of payment that you can use to purchase each product, on the delivery methods and on the shipping costs of the products purchased.

1.3 The contract is concluded when the Seller receives your order form electronically.

1.4 The order form will be archived in our database for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case in accordance with the law.

1.5 Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will take charge of your purchase order.

1.6 The Seller may not process your purchase orders that are incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these case, we will inform you by e-mail that the contract has not been concluded and that the Seller has not processed your purchase order, specifying the reasons. If the products presented on shop.diramix.com are no longer available or on sale at the time of your last access to the site or the sending of the order form, it will be the Seller’s responsibility to promptly notify you of any unavailability of the ordered products. In case of forwarding the order form and payment of the price, the Seller will refund the amount already paid by you.

1.7 By submitting the order form electronically, you unreservedly accept and commit to observe these General Conditions of Sale in relations with the Seller. If you do not agree with some of the terms contained in the General Conditions of Sale, we invite you not to submit the order form for the purchase of products on shop.diramix.com.

1.8 By submitting the order form, you confirm that you know and accept the General Conditions of Sale and the additional information contained on shop.diramix.com, also referred to via links, including the Privacy Policy and the Additional Legal Notes.

1.9 Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will send you a receipt of the purchase order by e-mail.

2.1 On the website shop.diramix.com products from various countries worldwide are offered for sale but in any case compliant with EEC standards, respecting the quality standards in force.

2.2 The Seller does not sell irregular products or products of lower quality than the corresponding standards offered on the market.

2.3 However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on shop.diramix.com may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.

2.4 The displayed price is inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will instead be added separately. Product prices may be subject to updates. Make sure of the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.

2.5 The Seller, in case of exercise of your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.

3.1 To pay the price of the products and the relative shipping costs, you can use one of the methods indicated in the Payments and proposals section on the order form.

3.2 If you choose to pay with the PayPal system, your financial data will not be shared with shop.diramix.com but will be managed directly by PayPal. Your privacy is protected, and your financial and personal information will be protected through the use of advanced automatic encryption systems.

To know the specific shipping and delivery methods for the products, access the Shipping section. Please pay attention to what is reported in this section because the information contained therein form an integral and substantial part of these General Conditions of Sale and, therefore, are deemed to be fully known and accepted by you at the time the order form is sent.

6.1 You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, by replacing or returning the purchased products, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) days starting from the day of receipt of the purchased products.

6.2 To start the return procedure, you will have to write an email to infoshop@diramix.com. The products must be returned to the Seller by delivering them within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the purchased products.

6.3 The shipping costs for returning the purchased products will be borne by the buyer. For the return of the products you will have to use a shipper of your trust, paying the necessary expenses in person; you will bear any responsibility in the event of loss or damage to the products during transport, according to the methods and terms established for exercising the right of withdrawal.

6.4 The Right of Withdrawal – in addition to compliance with the terms and methods described in the previous points 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3 – is understood to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are also fully respected:

– the products must not have been damaged;

– returned products must be delivered to the shipper within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received the products.

– Products must not show any sign of damage, only intact and sealed packs will be accepted

7.1 If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised following the methods and terms indicated in the previous paragraph 6, the Seller shall refund the sums collected for the purchase of the products (excluding shipping costs) according to the methods and terms set out below.

7.2 Once the returned products have been received, the Seller carries out the necessary checks relating to their compliance with the conditions and terms indicated in paragraph 6 and, in the event that the checks are concluded positively, the Seller sends you, by e-mail, the relative confirmation of acceptance of the returned products.

7.3 Only after the positive outcome of these checks, the Seller refunds the sums paid in the shortest possible time and, in any case, within thirty (30) days from the date on which the Seller communicated, by e-mail, the confirmation of acceptance of returned products. If the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, as specified in paragraph 6 above, you will not be entitled to a refund of the sums paid to the Seller; in this case we will notify you that the products cannot be accepted and, if you wish, you will be able to get back the products in the state in which they were returned to the Seller at your expense. Otherwise, the Seller may retain the products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase.

7.4 If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the person who paid the sums due for their purchase, the reimbursement of the sums will be made by the Seller, in any case, towards the person who made the payment.

7.5 The seller is not responsible for any delays in the repayment of the sums paid, not dependent on his will, including delays caused by the credit / debit card managing institutions.
7.6 If a package is not delivered to the customer’s address for reasons attributable to his lack of cooperation (incorrect/incomplete telephone number, incorrect/incomplete address, missing recipient) or if the customer refuses delivery, the package is returned to the sender in Italy at the customer’s expense. The costs borne by the customer include shipping costs, storage costs and any customs charges. These expenses will be deducted from the reimbursement due.

The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, on the Consumer Code, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and by the legislative decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce.

The General Conditions of Sale may be modified and updated, also in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new General Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on shop.diramix.com.
