1. How to conclude the contract with the Seller
1.1 To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products on shop.diramix.com you must be of legal age; you will have to fill in all the mandatory fields of the order form available in electronic format and send it to the Seller, electronically, following the relevant instructions.
1.2 The order form contains a summary of the information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered, the relative price as well as information on the payment methods that you can use to purchase each product, the delivery methods and the shipping costs of the products purchased.
1.3 The contract is concluded when the Seller receives, electronically, your order form.
1.4 The order form will be archived in our database for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case within the terms of the law.
1.5 Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will take charge of your purchase order.
1.6 The Seller may not process your purchase orders that are incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, we will inform you by email that the contract has not been concluded and that the Seller has not followed up on your purchase order, specifying the reasons. If the products, presented on shop.diramix.com, are no longer available or on sale at the time of your last access to the site or of sending the order form, the Seller will promptly inform you of the possible unavailability of the products ordered. In the event of forwarding the order form and payment of the price, the Seller will refund the amount already paid by you.
1.7 By electronically transmitting the order form, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe, in your relations with the Seller, these General Conditions of Sale. If you do not agree with some of the terms set out in the General Conditions of Sale, we invite you not to submit the order form for the purchase of products on shop.diramix.com.
1.8 By submitting the order form, you confirm that you know and accept the General Conditions of Sale and the additional information contained in shop.diramix.com, also referred to via links, including the Privacy Policy and the Additional Legal Notes.
1.9 Once the contract has been concluded, the Seller will send you, by email, a receipt of the purchase order.
2. Guarantees and indication of product prices
2.1 On shop.diramix.com, products from different countries around the world are offered for sale, but still compliant with EEC regulations and current quality standards.
2.2 The Seller does not sell irregular products or products of lower quality than the corresponding standards offered on the market.
2.3 The images and colours of the products offered for sale on shop.diramix.com may however not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
2.4 The price displayed includes VAT. Delivery costs will be added separately. Product prices may be subject to updates. Make sure of the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.
2.5 The Seller, in the event of exercising your right of withdrawal, has the right to not accept the return of products that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.
3. Payments
3.1 To pay the price of the products and the related shipping costs you can use one of the methods indicated in the Payments section and proposed in the order form.
3.2 If you choose to pay via PayPal, your financial data will not be shared with shop.diramix.com but will be managed directly by PayPal. Your privacy is protected and your financial and personal information will be protected through the use of advanced automatic encryption systems.
4. Shipping and delivery of products
To find out the specific shipping and delivery methods for products, go to the Shipping section. Please pay attention to the information in this section because the information contained therein forms an integral and substantial part of these General Conditions of Sale and, therefore, is considered to be fully known and accepted by you at the time of transmission of the order form.

5.1 Purchase for resale
Purchase for subsequent resales is not permitted.
Returns and refunds
6. Right of withdrawal
6.1 You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, replacing or returning the purchased products, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of the purchased products.
6.2 To start the return procedure, you must write an email to infoshop@diramix.com. The products must be returned to the Seller by delivering them within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the purchased products.
6.3 The shipping costs for returning the purchased products will be borne by the buyer. To return the products you must use a shipping agent of your choice, paying the necessary costs yourself; you will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the products during transport, according to the methods and terms provided for exercising the right of withdrawal.
6.4 The Right of Withdrawal – in addition to compliance with the terms and methods described in the previous points 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3 – is considered to be correctly exercised if the following conditions are also fully respected:
– the products must not have been damaged;
– the returned products must be delivered to the carrier within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received the products.
– products must not have been damaged, only intact and sealed bags are accepted.
7. Refund times and methods
7.1 If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised according to the methods and terms indicated in the previous paragraph 6, the Seller will refund the sums received for the purchase of the products (excluding shipping costs) according to the methods and terms set out below.
7.2 Once the returned products have been received, the Seller will carry out the necessary checks relating to their conformity to the conditions and terms indicated in paragraph 6 and, in the event that the checks are concluded positively, the Seller will send you, via email, the relevant confirmation of acceptance of the returned products.
7.3 Only after the positive outcome of these checks, the Seller will refund the sums paid in the shortest time possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days from the date on which the Seller communicated, via email, the confirmation of acceptance of the returned products. If the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal, as specified in the previous paragraph 6, are not respected, you will not be entitled to a refund of the sums paid to the Seller; in this case we will notify you that the products cannot be accepted and, if you wish, you will be able to get back at your own expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Seller. Otherwise, the Seller may retain the products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase.
7.4 If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the person who made the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the refund of the sums will be made by the Seller, in any case, to the person who made the payment.
7.5 The seller is not responsible for any delays in refunding the sums paid, not dependent on his will, including delays caused by the credit / debit card management institutions.
7.6 If a package is not delivered to the customer’s address for reasons attributable to his lack of cooperation (incorrect/incomplete telephone number, incorrect/incomplete address, absent recipient) or if the customer refuses delivery, the package is returned to the sender in Italy at the customer’s expense. The costs borne by the customer include shipping costs, storage costs and any customs charges. These costs will be deducted from the refund due.
7.6 If a package is not delivered to the customer’s address for reasons attributable to his lack of cooperation (incorrect/incomplete telephone number, incorrect/incomplete address, absent recipient) or if the customer refuses delivery, the package is returned to the sender in Italy at the customer’s expense. The costs borne by the customer include shipping costs, storage costs and any customs charges. These costs will be deducted from the refund due.
8. Applicable law and dispute resolution
The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005, on the consumer code, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and by Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce.
9. Modification and update
The General Conditions of Sale may be modified and updated, also in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new General Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on shop.diramix.com.
Request for invoice issuance
If you wish to request the issuance of the invoice, you must contact us within 10 days from the date of shipment. You can request an invoice by sending an email to infoshop@diramix.com indicating your company data.
